This road is in absolute disrepair and in dire need of a complete resurfacing. Having paid Stamford taxes now for 6 years I am shocked at the city's complete disregard for the quality of its streets. Vine Road is major bypass road from Newfield to High Ridge. The road has been treated to haphazard patch jobs for years.
